As the name suggests, One Pan and Done by Molly Gilbert focuses on recipes that can be cooked in one pan, either placed directly into the oven or cooked first on the stove and then put into the oven.
Upon first glance, it might seem like these sorts of recipes will be pretty much all the same, but Molly Gilbert proves that they don’t have to be. This cookbook is full of all sort so of different recipes, everything from casseroles to breads, to chicken, to cookies is in here. Even better, the recipes are all pretty simple. they don’t call for complicated ingredients and they don’t seem like they require a lot of scary steps.
This cookbook is perfect if you’re looking for something simple to cook for dinner, but more than that there’s recipes for every occasion and every taste palate. This is definitely a book to check out if you’re looking for easy, tasty recipes!
